~ L. B. May & Associates was established in 1991 by Larry and Valerie May as a wholesale book company. We partner with Wordsworth Editions, a U.K. publisher, and distribute over 400 classic titles in North America. A second company, Freight Management Systems, was incorporated in 1996. FMS specializes in LTL shipping but also ships small package, truckload, airfreight, and expedite. In 2011, a third company was added to the family, Mayco LLC. A wholesale calendar company that distributes calendars to retail customers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. After years of industry changes and calendar publishers restricting online sales, we decided to create our own publishing company Marble City Press. Our team is lead by Tiffany May, the daughter of Larry and Valerie. Her team produces over 100 titles each year with unique designs and original artwork.
